Our Company’s Record-Breaking Site Office Construction in Singapore in 75 days
Client — Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort
Issue:
The brief given to us at that time was to build what was Singapore’s largest site office for one of Singapore’s largest construction sites at that time.
The enormous task was to complete a 3-storey temporary building with a floor plate of 6,000m2 (18,000m2 total) including interior fit-out and ancillary services such as a substation and a holding tank.
How We Helped:
Our team jumped into action from the first day. With good teamwork, grit and a can-do attitude, we planned every last detail. By leveraging the strength of our network of subcontractors and partners, our team managed to make this dream a reality.
One of our largest challenges was the immensely tight timeline given to us meaning that our scheduling had to be flawless.
Result:
We successfully completed all 18,000 m2 of property from the day the contract was inked till the handover ceremony in a record of 75 days.
